Nestling between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales a rescued Farfield Mill opened its doors in April 2001 to a exciting new life as an Arts and Heritage Centre. This followed extensive refurbishment after it ceased production as a woollen mill, which spanned 156 years, 1836 - 1992.
