No private parking - public off road parking to the front of the hotel and also a free car park opposite.
Building Entrance
Entrance is through a gate opening and along a level path. There is no step at the front door.
Access to Public Areas
From the front door to reception and bar area there are no steps. To the guest lounge there is a small 10 centimeter step
Breakfast and Dining Room
There is a 25 centimetre step up in to the dining room. The dining room has no further steps
Ground Floor Cloakroom and Toilets
There is a small 10 centimetre step from the bar area to the toilets and cloakroom.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Ten of our eleven bedrooms are on the fist floor all with en suite bathrooms without steps. We have one downstairs en suite bedroom with two small 10 cm centimetre steps in the corridor leading to the room. Five bathrooms up stairs have shower cubicles and five have baths with showers over. Downstairs is a large shower with a small 12.5 centimetre step in to it. From Room 1 & 2 there is a small 15 centimetre step leading to the remaining bedrooms.
General Questions
Cocketts Hotel has a complete no smoking policy throughout the establishment. Proprietors are on the premises at all times. During the night there is a telephone number in the guest folder to ring.
In case of fire there is a full audible alarm system installed with emergency lighting. In case of fire, instructions are on the back of the door in the bedrooms.
